David Mentesana, MAI – Vice President of Operations and Client Development David is the Vice President of Operations and Client Development for MyAMC. With over 20 years working in the appraisal industry, David has a wide range of experience including roles as SVP of LandSafe Appraisal, SVP of Bank of America and VP with ServiceLink Valuation. David is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Texas and Virginia as well as a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas. He also holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
Ryan is a Senior Business Analyst for MyAMC. He brings more than 16 years of experience in Sales Management and Software Development with roles ranging from VP of Business Operations to Mortgage Origination and Software Design.  Through his tenured background, Ryan offers a unique perspective in the residential lending arena, ranging from loan origination to valuation platform design. Ryan studied at The University of Texas in Austin with a concentration in Finance.

Through his diverse background, Mills offers a unique perspective in the valuation services space, driving a continuous improvement culture and inspiring his teams to strive for opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Mills has an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Nevada.
